Starting a Reservationless-Plus conference is quick and easy - remember, there’s no reservation required.  

With Reservationless-Plus , you have direct access to an audioconference - anytime from anywhere - without ever having to make a reservation.

Just follow these steps:

1. Give your participants the date and time of the call, your Dial-In Number and your Conference Code.
2. At the specified time, dial your Reservationless-Plus Dial-In Number.
3. When prompted, enter your Conference Code followed by #.
4. When prompted, press * to identify yourself as the call leader, then enter your Leader PIN followed by #.
5. Press 1 to begin your conference or press 2 to access your default conference options.

Your participants join the conference by following steps 2 and 3 above.

Internet Audio Broadcas is very easy to do in Live Meeting. Launch the Live Meeting software.

In the meeting, drop down the ‘Audio Broadcast Menu and Select Internet Audio Broadcast Settings.

Select Edit Conference Number. Select the correct Country code and then enter the telephone number of the person who will be the speaker. Remember to leave off the leading 0 as this is International Format.

Click on ‘OK’ on this screen and the next to return to main meeting window.

When ready to start broadcast, click on the ‘Start Internet Audio Broadcast’ button.

Live Meeting will then dial the number programmed in, when the phone rings, and is answered, you are in broadcast mode.
