Recycling video taken from my bedroom window

This is a video taken from my bedroom window showing the rediculous recycling scheme that my borough council currently uses. I cannot honestly believe that this rubbish that we seperate for recycling each week is actually recycled. We need a proper and sensible recycling scheme. See my previous post Recycling is Rubbish.
