When Springs go Ping

I fixed the front door today. Long over due. It had been locked shut and we were using the other door instead. So the operation involved taking the door locking mechanism to pieces. It’s the sort of thing that when done as a kid, always involved springs going ping and nearly blinging you. I thought I was clever by taking a photo of the mechanism. Good job I didn’t need it.
